We own a one bedroom, one and a half bath condo in Century Village West, Boca Raton, FL. It is a gated, over-55 community of ten thousand residents with endless amenities and two synagogues on-site. The condo is presently rented to a tenant who wishes to remain long term. Her checks arrive precisely on time each month and she maintains the unit in excellent condition. For that reason we have NOT increased her rent during her prior occupancy. The unit has a return on investment of only about 6% so it is really much better suited for a residence than an investment property. We have lived there for periods of six months or so between liveaboard times on our boat. The community is impeccably maintained, quiet, and convenient to th Florida Turnpike and the year-round uncrowded Boca Raton beaches.
We have owned several trawler/motor yachts. We would like to move back aboard. If you want to live in the condo, we can provide housing pending the availability of the condo at the end of the current lease term.
We are currently living in Englewood, FL and the temporary housing would be provided through an investment duplex we own here.
